When a prosthesis comes back to the practice for
a problem-whether it’s a tooth break, a fracture, or an implant complication-it’s not just a setback, it’s stress for the patient, it’s a cost to the practice.
In the daily routine of your work you face problems that lead to (seemingly) unavoidable burden
TEETH DETACHMENT
Tooth chipping or cosmetic fractu- res are one of the most frequent causes of failure in prosthetic reha- bilitations. They generate patient dissatisfaction and result in extra costs and unpaid chair time.
STRUCTURAL FRACTURES
Structural fractures, or prosthetic failures, result in greater harm: you have to do all the work over again, costs multiply, and patient confi- dence decreases
PASSIVATION PROBLEMS
Mechanical stresses and passiva- tion problems, often unnoticeable initially, can lead to unscrewing, screw breakage, and even serious damage to implant components.
IMPLANT FAILURE
implant failure-often related to peri-implantitis and inadequate mechanical load managment-is not just clinical failure :it means new surgeries for the pa- tient, high costs for the practice, and reputational damage

Hi-Fiber® is engineered to actively interact during the masticatory cycle, emulating the natural ability of connective tissues to absorb loads. Unlike metal alloy or cera- mic frameworks, where the load is transferred rigidly to the bone/implant interface, Hi-Fiber® absorbs masticatory forces and distributes them in a controlled manner on the bone and more evenly on the implants.
This ability to absorb occlusal loads allows for physiological micro-movements, which are critical for a functional and balanced system response. The result is gre- ater protection of the health of the implants and implant sites, without compromi- sing the mechanical strength of the prosthesis.

Hi-Fiber® has shown exceptional fati- gue resistance, with clinical data con- firming structural stability. Hi-Fiber®’s biomechanical properties allow op- timal distribution of chewing forces promoting long-term durability.
Patients treated with Hi-Fiber® rein- forced prostheses exhibited an ave- rage marginal bone loss of 0.43 mm after 1 year.
Hi-Fiber® allowed reduced rehabili- tation time without compromising implant survival during the osseoin- tegration period.
Hi-Fiber® is a reliable, safe and predi- ctable solution to reduce complica- tions, protect implants and ensure aesthetics, even in complex cases.

Experimental data conducted on All-on-4 prostheses with 18-mm cantilevers have demonstrated the effectiveness of Hi-Fiber® in distributing masticatory loads.
With Hi-Fiber®, only 38.3 percent of the load is transferred to the first implant, com- pared with values typically exceeding 70 percent observed in metal frameworks.
As a dissipator, Hi-Fiber® can absorb up to 5 times the energy compared to titanium alloys, protecting the bone-implant interface from peak loads. Better load distribu- tion helps reduce bone loss and safeguard it over time.
Hi-Fiber® overcomes the limitations of metal, zirconia, and milled glass fibers. The uni- directional reinforcement, with a thickness of only 0.4 mm, allows application even in small prosthetic spaces. This material offers six times the fracture strength of cortical bone and, relative to weight, up to eight times the strength of other materials.
Experimental data on All-on-4 type prostheses with 8-mm cantilever, reinforced with a 3-mm Hi-Fiber® structure, showed a maximum load of 1706 N, confirming the effectiveness of the reinforcement in imparting structure to resins and composi- tes during finalization. Even with cantilever extended to 18 mm, the same Hi-Fi
Hi-Fiber® overcomes the problem of chipping in traditional dentures due to its chemical-physical compatibility with aesthetic resins.
In terms of adhesion, Hi Fiber offers significant advantages over traditional metal or ceramic frameworks. The aesthetic resin adheres more effectively to the composite structure due to the structural and compositional affinity between the two mate- rials, both of which feature similar polymer matrices. The lattice-like, layered structu- re typical of 3D-printed components provides a larger, interconnected contact surfa- ce, which is ideal for stable and durable adhesion.
Unlike structures made of dissimilar materials, such as resin-metal composites, the use of related materials enables consistent mechanical behaviors, with compatible coefficients of thermal expansion and stiffness. This dramatically reduces, to the point of nullifying, the risk of detachment at the interface.
Hi-Fiber® enables aesthetic results indistinguishable from natural teeth, thanks to its fluorescent and translucent properties that allow realistic interaction with light, avoiding the dull, artificial appearance typical of traditional bracing.
No gray halo, just natural aesthetics and a lightness that enhances patient comfort and experience.
DENSITY: 1.9 g/cm3
With up to four times less specific weight than other materials and the ability to apply reinforcement in a targeted manner only where it is needed, Hi-Fiber® enables the fabrication of extremely lightweight prostheses: a complete frame weighs about 13 grams. Your patient will notice the difference.
FOR PARTIAL PROSTHESES
Ideal for partial rehabilitations, it easily integrates with all implant systems, and prosthetic components on the market. Its anatomical conformability ensures precise adaptation to tissue profiles, even in the most challenging clinical si- tuations.
FOR DEFINITIVE PROSTHESES
Framework made for full-arch prosthe- ses on implants. Very high fracture resi- stance. Protection and lightness. Easy to adopt in combination with all types of implants, anchors (screwed or cono- metrical) and teeth on the market. Ergo- nomically adapts to tissue geometries, even in the most complex cases.
FOR TEMPORARY PROSTHESES
Allows large modifications, including chair-side, to the prosthetic shell and supports the prosthesis at the thinnest points without aesthetic alteration.
Framework designed in the preoperative stage where the position of the implants is unknown.
FOR ORTHODONTIC SPLINTS
Durable, barely visible splinting for a per- manent smile. Get translucent bracing to keep teeth in proper position.
FOR MARYLAND BRIDGES
Lightweight, transparent reinforcement for prosthetics of missing elements with adhesive technique. Provides luting stabi- lity and resistance to masticatory stress.
FOR IMMEDIATE-LOAD PROSTHESES
Anatomically shaped ready-to-use solu- tion, available in standardized formats to fit different prosthetic morphologies, even without definitive data. Designed to optimize and speed up processing time. Available in “line” or “wave” version
FOR REMOVABLE PROSTHESES
Ideal for mixed-support removable so- lutions on dual dental or implant an- chors. A lightweight, transparent rein- forcement that provides protection around the attachments.
The study conducted by MALO CLINIC, examined the use of Hi-Fiber® in prosthetic rehabilitations. Partial and complete prostheses made with CAD-CAM workflow were analyzed.
